“Riverview”, 4 Balvaig Cabins, Strathyre is a traditional, fully functional 2 bedroom log cabin which sleeps 4 to 6 people and is set adjacent to the beautiful Trossachs village of Strathyre. Surrounded by roaming hills and forests, this offers an ideal holiday to relax and enjoy some of Scotlands wonderful unspoilt countryside on your doorstep. All around the area can be found peaceful walking opportunities through woodland and open hills to the more adventurous Munros of the north. Fishing is available on the river Balvaig which borders the cabin area or on many of the other local rivers and lochs. Numerous cycle routes are to be found in the area with cycle paths to nearby Balquidder and the resting place of the famous Rob Roy and to the east, the 9 mile cycle route alongside the meandering Loch Lubnaig to Callander which is our nearby bustling small town where all shopping and giftware is catered for.
